Terms and conditions may be had only upon written request and are subject to the local terms and conditions of the applicable Airsea office and the country which it is in.  Where a contract has not been agreed in writing and signed by an Airsea office or agent representing Airsea it is and will be considered that you are fully aware, that your goods are not insured and that you should have taken out privately or otherwise your own insurance.
